I recently stayed at a hotel in Taipa that had a unique feature - the lobby and reception were located on the 21st floor. The hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance of popular attractions like the Venetian and the City of Dreams. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were honest and hospitable, going out of their way to retrieve a forgotten item for me. The breakfast was appetizing, although the vegetarian options were limited. The hotel also had a swimming pool to relax in.
The frequency of the hotel shuttle bus could be improved.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing fast check-in service. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The location was convenient, just a short cab ride away from the nearby Venetian Hotel and the ferry terminal.

We highly recommend the Chinese restaurant on the third floor called 伯樂. The dim sum there was of high quality and reasonably priced. We would like to express our gratitude to the helpful hotel staff member who recommended this restaurant to us. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the area.

Convenient location near Venetian Hotel/Casino, 8-min walk. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff upgraded our rooms as a gesture of apology for pool closure. Easy access to ferry for Hong Kong. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. 👍

The Grand Dragon Hotel in Macau was conveniently located near the Venetian Hotel and ferry terminal. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great dim sum at the on-site Chinese restaurant. Upgrade and birthday treat were nice gestures.
